Pir Muhammad Sadiq formally started his career in 1995 by inheriting the control of agricultural Estate Luari spanning an area of 5000 Acres located in district Badin, Sind, Pakistan, it contributes to the national production of wheat, sugar cane, cotton, sunflower, vegetables and also boasts premium mango orchards, along with Cheeku, lemon, bair and banana orchards.
In the year 2000, Pir Muhammad Sadiq diversified to the trading business and established further companies in the areas of Energy, Coal Mining, Construction and Textile. Following are the companies.

- Luaripak Agriculture Development Company (Sole Proprietorship) Has 500 Acres under its management with State of the Art Modern agriculture irrigation practices including 50 acres Center Pivot Irrigation System. (These 500 acres are part of 5000 acres Estate).
- Luaripak Livestock Company (Sole Proprietorship) Has 585 Cattle, Goats and Camels under its management.
- Agro-Based Company (Sole Proprietorship) Has 6 Fish Lakes over area of 1000 Acres where fish is harvested every year.

LPi was founded in August 2005 by Pir Muhammad Sadiq as its Chairman and started trading in commodities and scope was on later stage to establish manufacturing facilities accordingly. LPi has been trading in Commodities e.g. Urea, Wheat, Sugar, & Coal.
In 2008 it also went into a partnership for development of a residential apartments complex by the name of Luaripak-Lakhani Golden Heights which has been successfully completed on an area of 3268 sq yards with ground plus 6 floors in Garden East, Karachi.
Again in the sector of Textile since 2017, the LPi has traded/provided the best quality of fabric to local brands and in 2018 Pir Muhammad Sadiq, through LPi, has established manufacturing/services provision facilities in Textile Sector with the name StyleLight Textiles (Pvt.) Ltd. This company specializes in Digital Printing of fabrics such as knit and pure fabrics like Lawn, Silk, and it also has a dying unit. The professional team of the Company maintains high standard of quality for printed fabric and greige fabric.
